What is dsp2OperStatus?
ACMIB::dsp2OperStatus is a read-only status field showing the actual current operational state of the DSP2 interface ('inService' or 'outOfService'), independent of what you've configured. Engineers read this to confirm that their administrative commands took effect and that the hardware is functioning as expected. For example, if you set adminStatus to 'inService' but operStatus is still 'outOfService', it indicates a hardware failure or licensing issue.
