What is ds3PortStatsTimer?

This OID stores the elapsed time (in seconds) since the current DS3 line error measurement period began, showing how long the current statistics have been accumulating. Network engineers use this to understand the time window over which error counters were collected and to decide when statistics will roll over. A value of 3600 means the current measurement window has been running for 1 hour.
