What is dbCirEmIfStatsTimer?
This OID records the elapsed time in seconds, ranging from 1 to 899, since the last statistics reset on the I/O port. Engineers use this to determine how long the current statistics have been running and whether the counters are fresh or stale. A reading of 450 means the statistics have been collecting data for 450 seconds, or 7.5 minutes since the last reset.
