What is cirEmIfStatsTimer?

ACMIB::cirEmIfStatsTimer shows the number of seconds elapsed on a CIR interface since the last statistics reset, ranging from 1 to 899 seconds. This helps you understand how fresh the counters are and whether recent changes or anomalies occurred before the start of the current measurement window. For example, a timer value of 300 means all the statistics shown have been collected over the last 5 minutes.
