What is cirEmIfStatsCellsEncodedLo?
ACMIB::cirEmIfStatsCellsEncodedLo stores the lower 32 bits of incoming cells to the CIR interface and must be paired with the high-order value for accuracy. Network engineers use this to track actual inbound traffic volume and confirm the interface is receiving data at the expected rate. A low-order value of 2 billion with matching high bits shows roughly 860 million cells received from external media.
