What is cirEmIfStatsCellsEncodedHi?
ACMIB::cirEmIfStatsCellsEncodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of incoming ATM cells received from external media on a CIR (Committed Information Rate) interface port. This counter shows how much data is flowing inbound from the physical link, which helps you verify you are getting the contracted bandwidth. An example high-order value of 200 million combined with the low portion indicates roughly 860 million incoming cells.
