What is cirEmIfStatsCellsDecodedHi?
ACMIB::cirEmIfStatsCellsDecodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of outgoing ATM cells sent from the CIR interface port back to external media. This counter tells you how much traffic is being transmitted outbound and helps verify the interface is delivering the contracted service level. A high-order value of 150 million shows roughly 645 million cells leaving the interface toward the external link.
