This OID tracks the low-order 32 bits of valid cells received on the B side of the ATM circuit. Network engineers monitor both A and B side counters to verify balanced utilization and detect when one direction is underutilized or congested. A value of 1,500,000,000 cells on the B side compared to 2,500,000,000 on the A side shows asymmetric traffic patterns.
