What is cirEmAtmSpvcVccStatsOutCellCountLoB?

This OID records the low-order portion of a 64-bit counter for valid cells sent from endpoint B of a virtual circuit. When combined with the high-order counter, it shows the complete volume of outgoing traffic without wraparound effects. An outgoing count of 750000000 cells (low-order) plus 2000 (high-order) equals 8.6 billion cells transmitted total.
