What is cirEmAtmSpvcVccStatsOdometerCellsEncodedLoA?
This OID contains the low-order (lower 32 bits) of the total cell-encoding counter for side A, which together with the high-order portion gives the complete count of cells sent. To get an accurate picture of cell transmission, administrators combine this value with the high-order counter for a full 64-bit number. For example, if this value is 500000 and the high-order is 1000000, the total cells encoded is represented by these two combined values.
