What is cirEmAtmSpvcVccStatsInOdometerCellCountLoB?
This OID holds the low-order portion of the input billing cell count on side B, which must be combined with the high-order counter to get the true count of received cells for billing. This enables accurate revenue tracking across long billing periods when cell counts exceed 32-bit values. For example, a value of 250000 as the low portion contributes to the total cells to be billed.
