This OID contains the low-order portion of a 64-bit counter for valid cells arriving at endpoint B of a virtual circuit. Combined with the high-order counter, it provides an accurate total of ingress traffic without overflow. A low-order value of 750000000 paired with a high-order value of 1500 totals 6.4 billion cells received.
