What is cirEmAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsTaggedB?
This OID tracks the number of cells that were marked with a congestion tag on the input side of interface B to indicate lower priority. Network managers use this to understand which traffic is being deprioritized during periods of congestion for quality-of-service (QoS) management. For example, a value of 5000 tagged cells means that many cells were flagged and may receive reduced throughput.
