This OID contains the low-order portion of a 64-bit counter for cells encoded on side A of a virtual circuit. Combined with the high-order counter, it provides a complete view of total encoding operations without wraparound. When the high-order reads 500 and the low-order reads 250000000, a total of 2.1 billion cells have been encoded.
