This OID stores the low-order portion of a 64-bit counter tracking cells decoded on side A of a virtual circuit. A sysadmin compares this with the high-order counter and the encoding counters to verify data path integrity. A decoded count that is less than the encoded count by more than a few cells indicates cells were lost in transit.
