What is cirEmAtmSpvcVccSilenceDetectionB2A?
This OID enables or disables silence detection for the B-to-A voice direction, stopping transmission of empty packets when the B-side caller is quiet. Network engineers enable this for the return path of voice calls to save bandwidth symmetrically on both directions of the circuit. For example, when both directions have silence detection on, a two-way conversation only transmits when at least one party is speaking.
