Description: Release the connnection established on the endpoint and if the endpoint is Active, do not retry.

What is cirEmAtmSpvcVccRelease?

This write-only OID disconnects an active SVC for the CIR Emulation module and prevents automatic retry on this specific endpoint. This is used to release stuck connections in CIR-emulated (Committed Information Rate) ATM circuits without bouncing the entire port. For example, if a CIR-emulated circuit hangs, writing 'release' here cleanly shuts it down without affecting other circuits on the same physical port.
