What is cirEmAtmPvcVccStatsOdometerReset?

This OID provides a write-controlled reset mechanism to clear all accumulated statistics counters back to zero for a specific virtual circuit. Administrators trigger this reset when starting a new performance analysis window or after making configuration changes to establish a clean baseline. Writing a reset command clears all cell counts and restarts the elapsed-time counter.
