What is cirEmAtmPvcVccStatsOdometerCellsEncodedHiA?
This OID stores the higher 32 bits of a cumulative (never-reset) counter of all ATM cells that have ever been encoded on side A since the device powered on. Unlike regular counters that reset periodically, odometer counters provide a complete historical record of total cell processing. For example, if this odometer shows the device has encoded billions of cells, it gives a true picture of the circuit's lifetime throughput.
