What is cirEmAtmPvcVccStatsOamRdiTx?

This OID tracks how many Remote Defect Indication cells were sent to notify the remote side that local equipment has detected an error condition. Network engineers use a rising RDI transmission count to confirm that their equipment is properly detecting and reporting faults. A value of 8 means the local device sent 8 RDI signals to alert the remote end.
