What is cirEmAtmPvcVccStatsOamAisRx?

This OID counts the quantity of Alarm Indication Signal cells received from the remote end of the circuit. When this counter increases, it signals to engineers that the far-end equipment has detected a fault and is alerting the local side. A value of 120 tells you that the remote device sent 120 alarm notifications, indicating persistent upstream problems.
