What is cirEmAtmPvcVccStatsInCellCountHiB?

This OID stores the higher 32 bits of a 64-bit counter tracking how many valid ATM cells have been received on side B of the connection for billing purposes. Network engineers monitor incoming cell counts to verify that data is arriving, to calculate throughput, and to bill customers for received traffic. For example, if this counter shows growth over time, it confirms the remote end is successfully sending data to this device.
