What is cirEmAtmPvcVccStatsCellsDecodedHiA?
This OID stores the higher 32 bits of a 64-bit counter showing how many ATM cells have been decoded on side A of the committed-rate connection. Engineers use this to ensure data is being successfully decompressed and that the decoding operation is not creating a bottleneck. For instance, if decoded counts lag far behind encoded counts, it means the decoder cannot keep up with incoming traffic.
