What is cirEmAtmPvcVccSilenceDetectionB2A?
This OID turns silence detection on or off for the B-to-A voice direction, using a binary integer (0 = off, 1 = on). Engineers enable silence detection to suppress transmission of empty cells during quiet periods, reducing bandwidth consumption on expensive WAN links. Setting this to '1' allows the system to detect when the B-side caller is quiet and skip sending traffic until speaking resumes.
