What is cirAtmSpvcVccVoiceCompressionA2B?

This OID selects the compression algorithm used on voice traffic going from A to B in circuit emulation. Engineers choose compression algorithms to reduce bandwidth usage on expensive WAN links while maintaining acceptable voice quality. For example, selecting G.726 at 32 kbps compresses each voice stream to 32 kilobits per second instead of the full 64 kbps.
