What is cirAtmSpvcVccStatsOdometerCellsEncodedHiA?
This OID records the high-order 32 bits of a persistent "odometer" counter of ATM cells encoded on side A since the device booted or was last factory reset. Unlike the regular statistics timer which resets per connection, this cumulative counter helps engineers track historical throughput even after connections are torn down and re-established. A high value like 100000 in this odometer counter indicates the connection has transmitted a very large cumulative volume of data over its lifetime.
