What is cirAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsEncodedLoA?
This OID stores the low-order 32 bits of the count of ATM cells encoded on side A, working together with the high-order counter to form a complete 64-bit throughput measurement. Engineers use this combined counter pair to verify that traffic is flowing from side A and to detect stalled connections where the counter stops incrementing. A value of 3000000000 represents the lower portion of the total cell count; combined with the high-order value it provides the complete transmission metric.
