What is cirAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsEncodedHiA?
This OID stores the high-order 32 bits of the count of ATM cells that have been encoded (packaged) on side A of the connection. Combined with the corresponding low-order counter, this creates a 64-bit counter for tracking total data throughput transmitted from side A. A value of 1000 in the high-order counter plus 500000000 in the low-order counter represents approximately 4.3 billion total cells transmitted.
