What is cirAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsDecodedHiA?
This OID tracks the high-order 32 bits of ATM cells that have been decoded (unpacked) on side A of the connection. Engineers compare decoded counts with encoded counts to detect packet loss, corruption, or processing failures between the two sides of the connection. If encoded cells significantly exceed decoded cells on the other side, it indicates the remote end is not properly receiving or processing data.
