Description: Release the connnection established on the endpoint and if the endpoint is Active, do not retry.
What is cirAtmSpvcVccRelease?
This OID indicates whether the ATM connection was forcibly released and whether automatic retry attempts should be suspended. Operators check this when a connection stays down to determine if it was intentionally released or if it failed due to a network problem. When this value is set to "Release", the active connection is dropped and retry attempts are suspended until the connection is manually restarted.
