What is cirAtmSpvcVccFlow?

This OID specifies the flow type (point-to-point or point-to-multipoint) for the SPVC connection. Engineers select this when provisioning circuits to determine whether traffic flows between two endpoints or from one to many endpoints. For example, selecting point-to-point creates a dedicated connection between two locations, while point-to-multipoint (future support) would broadcast to multiple destinations.
