Description: The total number of point-to-point SVC calls for Sapphire APIs

What is cgApiPointToPointSvcCalls?

This counter measures the total number of point-to-point switched virtual circuit (SVC) calls created through the API, stored as a 32-bit integer. Network engineers care about this because it shows one-to-one connection activity and helps identify if the system is being used within expected parameters. A value of 600 means 600 point-to-point SVC calls have been established.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.1.56
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::cgApiPointToPointSvcCalls

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.1.56.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::cgApiPointToPointSvcCalls.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.1.56.1 i <value>
