What is cgApiPointToMultiPointParties?

This counter counts the total number of parties (destinations) across all point-to-multipoint calls, stored as a 32-bit integer. Network engineers use this to understand the overall scale of multicast traffic and how many endpoints are involved in group communications. A value of 400 means there are 400 total party destinations across all active multipoint calls.
