Description: Indicates whether a cellTest test is in progress or not.
What is cellTestStatus?
This read-only flag indicates whether a cell loopback or transmission test is currently running on the interface. Administrators check this value before starting a new test to avoid accidentally launching multiple concurrent tests. A value of 1 means a test is active, while 0 indicates the test interface is idle.
