What is cellTestAction?
This read-write parameter controls what action the device performs with test payloads being sent to the I/O interface during diagnostic tests. Operators set this value to initiate, stop, or configure cell loopback tests for troubleshooting transmission problems. A value of 1 might mean "start loopback test," 2 "stop test," or 3 "send test payload now."
