What is bridgeStatsBasePortDelayExceededDiscardsHi?
This OID stores the upper 32 bits of the count of frames dropped because they took too long to cross the bridge. Combined with the Low counter, it prevents number overflow on bridges handling billions of frames. If this is non-zero, the bridge is discarding frames due to excessive latency—a sign of congestion or misconfigured spanning tree timers.
