What is bridgeOperStatus?

Reports whether the bridge interface is currently operational (in-service) or non-operational (out-of-service). Administrators monitor this to confirm the bridge is actually functioning and to diagnose why bridged traffic might be stuck or failing. A value of in-service means the bridge is actively forwarding frames; out-of-service indicates a failure or administrative disable.
