What is bridgeDomainTimeSinceTopologyChange?
This OID records how many hundredths of a second have elapsed since the spanning tree protocol last detected a topology change in the network. Engineers monitor this metric to gauge network stability; frequent topology changes indicate instability from flapping links or unexpected reboots. A value of 500 means only 5 seconds have passed since the last change, suggesting the network is actively reconverging.
