This OID stores the low-order (least significant) 32 bits of a counter tracking ATM cells encoded on side A of a bridge PVC. Engineers combine this with the high-order portion to calculate total cell throughput for performance monitoring and troubleshooting data flow issues. A value of 2000000000 represents the lower half of a 64-bit counter; when combined with the high portion, it reveals the complete number of cells transmitted.
