What is bridgeBridgePvcStatsCellsEncodedLoB?
This tracks the low-order 32 bits of cells sent across a bridge connection on side B, combining with the high-order portion for the total egress count. Used with the corresponding counter on side A, it reveals whether a bridge is load-balancing traffic equally or sending most traffic one way. If side B low-order shows 0 and side B high-order shows 0, no traffic is being encoded out side B—the link might be disabled or blocked.
