What is bridgeBridgePvcStatsCellsEncodedLoA?
This tracks the low-order 32 bits of the total cells sent across a bridge connection on side A, combining with the high-order portion for the full count. Used together, these counters let you calculate total bridge throughput across extended monitoring periods without counter rollover issues. If the low-order counter shows 1000000000, about one-quarter of the 32-bit maximum, roughly 1 billion cells have been encoded since reset.
