What is bridgeBridgePvcStatsCellsEncodedHiB?

This tracks the high-order 32 bits of the total cells sent (encoded) across a bridge connection on side B. Network engineers use this to measure traffic flowing out the second port of a bridge and compare ratios with side A to detect load imbalance. A much lower encode count on side B than side A suggests traffic is being routed primarily through side A.
