What is bridgeBridgePvcStatsCellsDecodedLoB?
This tracks the low-order 32 bits of the total cells received across a bridge connection on side B, working together with the high-order portion. Combined with the high-order counter, this allows you to track total ingress traffic on the bridge's second port continuously and accurately. If the low-order counter rolls over from 4294967295 to 0 and high-order increments, that's expected behavior over long monitoring periods.
