What is bridgeBridgePvcStatsCellsDecodedHiB?
This tracks the high-order 32 bits of the total cells received (decoded) across a bridge connection on side B. Network engineers use this to verify that traffic destined for side B is arriving and being processed, helping diagnose one-way link failures. If side B decode high-order jumps by 10 within a minute while side A stays at 5, side B is handling much heavier traffic.
