What is bridgeBridgePvcStatsCellsDecodedHiA?
This tracks the high-order 32 bits of the total cells received (decoded) across a bridge connection on side A. Network engineers compare encode and decode counts on both sides to verify bridge symmetry and detect packet loss or routing asymmetry. If side A encodes 10 billion cells but decodes only 9.5 billion, the bridge or downstream path is dropping or filtering traffic.
