This OID contains the low-order portion of a 64-bit counter tracking valid ATM cells sent outbound through a virtual circuit. Combined with the high-order counter, it gives operators visibility into total outgoing traffic without counter wraparound issues. If the low-order counter reads 100000000 and the high-order reads 2000, the circuit has transmitted 8.6 billion cells.
