This OID stores the high-order 32 bits of a counter tracking valid ATM cells transmitted and counted for billing on side B. This metric is paired with the input billing count to measure actual service consumption and ensure both ingress and egress are billed symmetrically or as contractually defined. For example, if the high value is 1, side B has transmitted more than 4 billion cells for billing purposes.
