What is bridgeAtmPvcVccStatsInOdometerCellCountHiB?

This OID stores the high-order portion of a 64-bit counter for valid ATM cells that were successfully received on an incoming connection. Network engineers use this counter to track total data volume arriving through an ATM virtual circuit for billing or capacity planning. If this counter reads 1000 and the low-order portion reads 500000000, the total cells received would be approximately 4.3 billion cells.
