What is bridgeAtmPvcVccStatsCellsTaggedB?
This OID tracks the number of cells marked with a discard eligibility tag on the incoming side of endpoint B. Network engineers care about this because tagged cells are the first ones dropped when congestion occurs, so it shows the network starting to struggle before actual loss. A count of 10000 tagged cells means the equipment had to mark 10000 cells as expendable during congestion events.
