What is bridgeAtmPvcVccStatsCellsDroppedB?
This OID counts the number of ATM cells that were discarded on the incoming side of endpoint B due to buffer overflow or congestion. A sysadmin would watch this to detect when the receiving device is overwhelmed and cannot keep up with incoming traffic. A value of 5000 dropped cells indicates the buffer was full 5000 times, meaning data loss occurred.
